How long will it take me to return? Do I need to pay the freight?

1. If you are not satisfied with the items received. Customers can contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods (except for non returnable goods), and will not accept returns after 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. If you receive defective, damaged or incorrect products, please contact the customer service immediately and provide photo proof. We will handle the problem for you immediately.
3. We do not provide the return label, and the customer needs to pay the freight for the return.
How can I return?
1. Log in to your living-shop account.
2. Find the order in my order and contact: [email protected]。
3. Select the item to be returned, explain the reason, and then submit.
4. Select return: the package will be returned according to our return address.
Note: if you pay the return freight yourself, you can use any transportation method you like, just make sure to stamp it within 30 days after the purchase date.
Return and exchange conditions
1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2. The return and replacement period shall not exceed 30 days after receiving the original order.
3. All articles must be returned in their original state, without scratches or signs of wear, and the size shall not be adjusted or changed in any way.
4. When returning or exchanging items, the customer must use the tracking delivery method. Return or exchange without tracking will not be processed.
5. When returning goods, any promotional gifts received must be included in the return. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
6. You can only return items that are not worn, cleaned, damaged, labeled with original labels / packages, and the sanitary stickers are intact.
Note: please do not send the tax return to the address on the parcel. This is not our tax return address, which will affect your tax return processing.
Refund
1. We will process the refund within 7 days after receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account upon your request.
2. The original freight is not refundable.

Order cancellation
1. After the order is issued, we are not allowed to cancel the order or edit the order, including changing the address!
2. Once the goods are shipped from the warehouse, we cannot make any changes to the order. To ensure the correct delivery of the package, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and contains all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is essential to ensure delivery.
3. Generally, all projects will be put into production within 120 minutes after we receive the payment. Therefore, any cancellation after this (before the order is shipped) will be charged 30% of the material and processing fee.
Exchange
1. We do not provide exchange service, but we welcome you to return your items by mail according to our return policy, and use your store credit card to buy back any available items on our website.
2. The original transportation cost is not included in the store credit. If you have difficulty exchanging your store credit card. Please contact the customer service department by e-mail for store credit exchange instructions.
Please note that:
*Freight before discount will be applicable and non refundable. Although you may enjoy free or undervalued freight, we do charge the original freight for each order. Therefore, we do not refund our original freight.
In the following cases, we will reimburse the customer for the return freight of $10 through the store credit.
1. The customer received the wrong product.
2. If it is confirmed that your package is lost in transit, we will resend the package and send you a new tracking number by email.
Important:
We are not responsible for any delay caused by local interruption. If your package shows “delivered” in the tracking system, we are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Please contact the local post office or report illegal activities to the local government.
If your package is returned to the sender
This may occur in the following situations:
1. The carrier cannot deliver your package.
2. Invalid address or missing information.
3. The order was rejected by the customer at the time of delivery.
Packages returned to the sender or rejected will be restocked and the customer will receive a store letter of credit, excluding the original freight.
